The Perpetual Server License consists of a one-time license fee, plus a nominal annual maintenance fee. Maintenance is required for the first year and includes unlimited tech support via phone, email or our web-based support center. Also included are all version updates to the application. Web Help Desk is aggressively developed and version details can be found on our RSS Updates Site.
The ASP Hosted Plan is a one year contract, billed annually. A one-time setup fee is added at enrollment. Unlimited tech support and automatic version updates are included with this plan at no additional fee. No additional software or hardware is required beyond a web browser!
